« Our original booking was cancelled by the host very last minute so I needed to find a place within 48 hours. The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am. « The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...
