Great Getaway

A wonderful family friendly one story house with a great location. It is an easy walk to the Clemson Campus and Lake Hartwell. The house sleeps 5-7 people comfortably and is located across from the Clemson Walker Golf Course and the Madren Center. The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors, and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths.

The family room has a large 55" smart TV with shelves filled with books and games. The kitchen has a small table for three, but the dining room can seat ten easily. The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full sized bed. The bath has a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. In the office there is a full size futon. The laundry has a large washer and dryer.

The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths. In the back there is a stone patio with a fire pit and chairs. The garage has a ping pong table. Parking is easy with a covered portion and enough space for an additional two or three cars.
