« The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, good location for what we needed. Only one comment the beds were a bit too soft and low for adults (twin room) Might also be worth mentioning the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift. These aren't negative points, just advisories. It is a lovely flat. »

« We have stayed here before two years ago so we’re aware in March it can be cold in the cottage - which it was-so the log burner is a big plus. Kitchenware had a fine layer of dust over it so we had to wash everything before use, which was disappointing. But overall the location, character and charm made up for it with easy access to The Cleveland Way walking trail - which we were doing. Also good bus service. »

Bathroom totally unsuitable for 4 and impractical-roll top bath difficult to get in & out of to shower. No lock on bathroom door and sink unsuitable as so small couldn’t use it to wash as there was shelf above it. General appearance of entrance and hallway poor bags of laundry stored there but once inside great »

« The property itself was excellent. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for six of us and everything we needed was sipplied. It is the middle of the town centre and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk away. Railway station is five minutes walk, and the buses stop directly outside. At the time of our visit tha High Street outside was being modernised. It was quiet for us as it was a bank holiday weekend so no work was taking place. The only issues we had were from a couple of nearby...
