No elevator and went 3 flights up with a ton of luggage. Booking system was convoluted with different combinations. Didnât get into the room til 6pm. Then when I asked for a late checkout, they wanted to charge a fortune. The room smelled terrible. Had to open all the windows. Extremely noisy coming from outside. Nothing within walking distance. Not a single drawer or shelf and not a single hanger. This is obviously part of a big business. Oh, they also double billed my cleaning deposit, which took a month to get back, only after my credit card company intervened. And lastly, the rod the shower curtain was on fell on me causing a pretty good gash. Quite hinestly, theyâre lucky I didnât sue.
It was a nice industrial vibe in a convenient location for travel to Huntington Field for a concert. It was quiet and safe with locks in to the building , parking lot and room. At the price point, it served our needs. A few notes would be to replace the stained bedroom carpet and the bed which is sunken in the middle, As well as the uncomfortable couch. We did not spend much time in the unit, but were unable to work the t.v. , so instructions would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a very nice visit to Cleveland and we were satisfied with our stay.
The host was great, the place was clean, and the price was right. What killed this was was music playing from another room from 2am - 3am to the point that we couldn't sleep.
The VRBO was super clean with easy access. There were a couple things to be aware of. the bed is super sqeeky, any movement will be squeeks. Second, the walls are super thin and can hear every noise, party, and music going on until 1:30 am.
