Family get away

Our stay in Helen Georgia was full of adventures. We enjoyed being able to relax and fellowship at this cabin sharing meals and game time every day.

Beautiful Family Get Away Spot

Everything about our stay at the cabin was perfect! We had plenty of room for our group of eleven to sleep and not be cramped! The game room was a wonderful addition to help occupy the children and adults when we weren't out site seeing! There's also a rope swing, zip line, and corn hole in the backyard along with a huge seeting area around the fire pit. My husband loves cooking and he was thrilled to find everything he needed to grill and cook with. The front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was definitely my happy place because I enjoy sitting outside reading! The screened in covered back porch has plenty of seating along with the hot tub! The hot tub itself was a wonderful way to end our day soaking away the soreness from all of the walking we did throughout the day! The cabin is beautiful decorated and offers plenty of bedding, family games and the comforts of home! Our host was amazing! He communicated with me consistently from the time we reserved the cabin! Jebadiah (our host) is very kind, accommodating, and answered every question we had! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this cabin to others!

This cabin has everything you need and other items you may not think of until you're there. We brought our clothes, food, and toiletries. Complimentary items such as coffee, tea, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were all full-sized and meant no extra trips to the store. With nine of us, we did go buy ice since the freezer just doesn't produce that much fast enough, but this is something we are used to even at home with such a large family. The game room was a blast, the peace and quiet were heavenly, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night. Jebadiah was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and we were so thankful for the fabulous accommodations. Our dogs loved the vacation as well. The yard is huge, but remember to bring a leash. There is a dog run area out back where you can clip your dog to the line and they can run to get their zoomies out.We enjoyed hiking Anna Ruby Falls, Cool River Tubing down the Chattahoochee, shopping and eating in Helen, and visiting Athens and the UGA campus. Athens was about 50 minutes to get there, but everything else was only about 10-20 minutes away from the cabin. We hope to book here again when we come back to North Georgia.

Awesome place

HIGHLY recommend this property, pictures do not do justice!!! Had a great time with a large group of family and didn't once feel cramped. Inside offers all kinds of fun and things for every age, and outside is open and secluded for fun as well. Cant say enough good things about this property!

Weekend getaway

Very nice house. Close to Helen. Rained the entire time so didn’t get to enjoy outside. But the game room made being confined a lot more enjoyable. The hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of room. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again….

Christmas Game and Nature Pole!

The Place was Magical! Had 5 bedroom with bunk beds, and a trundle bed!The outside fire pit, the hammocks in the trees, the hand chairs, a swinging tire, the swinging was a big hit.L there was so much room that nobody was in the same room unless they wanted to be, and that was only when we were playing Jenga twister scrabble putting together a puzzle giving out gifts.Then the game room, air hockey, football, ping pong and arcade pac man and and pinball had a family game a thong.We could have never found a place in a million years. It came up and had a hot tub, corn hoe, and I could find nothing wrong with it, well except it was perfect. Thank you for making it very special for us.

**Review for Mountain Escape near Helen, Georgia** I recently stayed at this charming vacation home near Helen, Georgia, and it was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and natural beauty the area has to offer. One of the highlights of our stay was the game room. It was packed with all kinds of activities that kept the kids thoroughly entertained throughout our visit. It was such a relief to have them happily occupied while we could unwind and enjoy some adult time. The owner made the whole process incredibly simple and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It truly felt like a hassle-free experience from start to finish, allowing us to focus on making memories with our family. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a convenient and fun getaway near Helen, Georgia. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect cabin for big groups!

This cabin is to die for!! We had a group of 10 during Oktoberfest and we’ve enjoyed every minute of this place! There’s so many things to do and games to play at the cabin. The host seems like an awesome guy! We are much appreciative that we were able to rent this place. We will be back soon!

The property itself was amazing and my dog had plenty of space to run and around explore. The fire pit, the hot tub, and arcade room were also top tier. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious.

My family had a wonderful time getting together with all of my siblings, mother, spouses, and kids. There were many games and activities for the kids and so much space. The place came equipped with pretty much everything you need. We actually brought too much stuff lol. We truly appreciate the accommodations that were made for my family. Everyone told me to save this home so that we can make this a yearly vacation spot. Thank you again.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay tucked away in the countryside, but not far from Helen and surrounding areas. There were plenty of activities for the adults and kids around the area and in the house itself with the fabulous game room! The host was super responsive and very helpful. Recommend staying there!

Family Fun

Great house for our routine family get together. We enjoyed being outside in the large backyard with the smoker cooking away listening to music around the fire pit with the kids and dogs running around playing. The game room was fun and spurred a lot of family competitions. The house was well supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. The host was great, very helpful and responsive.

t’s a grate place to stay with your family and friends with privacy and lot of outdoor space. Everyone loved the game room, specially pinball machine. It was a great place to spend quality family/friend time and make good memories.

Best VRBO that we have stayed at

Game room was a hit with everyone. There was a very nice pinball machine, good videogame machine, ping pong, darts, foosball. There was a football and a basketball rim as well (bring your own basketball). Outside there is a great fire pit with lots of wood available. Lots of out door seating too. Lots of rocking chairs on front porch with many birdhouses to watch. Propane and wood grills available. Lots of seating for dinner. Well stocked kitchen. Had a great time in the house and a great area to visit. Recommend tubing and there are push off sticks at the house. Only suggestion to the management is that we really could have used more towels but the house was terrific.

Great place with plenty of privacy and outdoor space

Stayed here to visit Helen without having to stay in town. Loved the privacy and outdoor space with plenty of parking space. Outdoor fire pit and smokers were a plus. My family loved the game room specifically the vintage pinball machine. If you are looking for a high end fancy cabin this is NOT it. However it is a decent house with rustic charm, clean and comfortable, and with plenty of provided entertainment and space for dogs if you have them. Definitely recommend this spot as it’s convenient to Helen and Cleveland but still private.
