« We were disappointed to find the place dirty. The restroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. Yellow stains and drips were on the restroom walls and blinds. And there was mold on the shower curtain. The bedroom blinds had stains, and the microwave had food stains. It was unfortunate because the place itself was cute and we could tell the host took a lot of care to decorate for Christmas. We reached out to the host, and they acknowledged the place was not clean, but...
