The house was fine, but we cut our stay in half because of extreme noise and discomfort. The Dahlgren Naval Surface Weapons facility is directly across the bay from the house, and it literally was shaken from floor to ceiling by heavy weapons testing that lasted from 8am to 5pm. We gathered on Cobb Island for a family reunion and to celebrate the oldest family member's 90th birthday. Perfect Pointe was used as the gathering spot for everyone each morning. It worked out wonderfully , with lots of space for small groups to dit and catch up. We absolutely will rent it ...
