« We had a nice 4-night stay. Unit (half a duplex) is small, but ok for the two of us. Priced to be a reasonable value. Bedroom ac not very effective, but the other window unit was able to keep the whole place comfortable. Could use a few more kitchen items (a kettle would have been nice, for example). »

« Family trip to the Kennedy Space Center, stayed two nights. The house is approximately 20 minutes or so from the space center. It is very close to the little downtown Cocoa - which has nice restaurants, shops, and a park, right on the river front. Property is set up well for a VRBO, they provided plenty of extras (paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, pool towels, floats for the pool). Plus there is a fantastic coffee set up. Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay...

« The property was great and just as described. Beds were comfortable and it was very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay before a Cruise. No issues will smells or concerns with pets. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Considering the price, it's was a great deal. »
