« Host was great, very accommodating to our needs. The place had everything we needed. The place has a little bit of everything, canal in the back for fishing or canoes, pool and hot tub, grill, privacy, well taken care of, a perfect little set up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great to take a walk. enjoyed sitting on the front patio too. A quick drive down to the beach, shops and places to eat. Great spot!!! »

« House is very clean & modern , everything you need is in the kitchen, lot's of towels, plenty of dishes . Ed was very helpful each time we have a question. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood , close to grocery store, 5 min by car (Publix) , 8 min to the beach . Fort Lauderdale & Miami Airport less than 1 hour . Sawgrass Mills & Aventura Mall for shopping about 45 min .

« Property was as described. Pool was rather dirty and run down. Not really able to swim in it due to all the dead bugs and debris. Backyard was great and the screened in porch with TV was great. Master bedroom was missing the remote to control the light and fan, and the fan in one of the other rooms was not working properly. Very minor issues. »

« We were very happy to open the door and see the beautiful home that was ours for the night! No issues getting into the home, and everything was as advertised. Clean property and we had everything that was needed. Neighborhood was quiet. One thing to note to future guests is there is no dishwasher. And one suggestion is maybe add a few lamps. The lighting can be bright at night but there is no other option than ceiling lights. Thank you for hosting us! We would book here again. »
