This spacious Coeur d Alene home is perfectly designed for families and groups offering five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate your party. The primary suite and bedroom two and five each feature a queen bed while bedroom three offers a single bed and bedroom four includes a bunk bed. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary needs and the dining room provides a great space for shared meals. Relax in the main living room or head to the downstairs game room for entertainment. The home includes a laundry room and a unique dog wash station for your convenience. Outside you will find a fully fenced backyard with space for volleyball and horseshoes along with a front yard and a two car garage. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and recreation just minutes from the lake and downtown.

Getting around Coeur d Alene is most convenient by car, and we provide a spacious two car garage for your private use, along with plenty of street parking for additional vehicles. While public transportation options in the area are limited, our home is centrally located, making it a short drive to downtown shops, dining, and the lakefront. For those flying in, the Spokane International Airport is the primary hub serving the region, typically a forty to forty five minute drive from our location. Having your own vehicle or using ride sharing services will provide you the most flexibility to explore the beautiful surrounding mountains and local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

For stays of 28 days or longer, a professional cleaning is required once per month to help maintain the home. This service includes a full cleaning and fresh linen change at an additional cost of 250 dollars per cleaning. Please note that check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 11:00. While we are a pet friendly property, please be aware that additional charges may apply for pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
