The airy lounge area, complete with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a sun-drenched balcony that spans the length of the dining and living spaces. For your convenience, the internal laundry includes a washer and dryer.

Located just half a block from Sawtell's beautiful patrolled beach, you can easily stroll along First Avenue, lined with historic fig trees, to explore Sawtell’s award-winning restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and the RSL Club.
