Diamond View is also Pet Friendly, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

THE SPACE

The home is designed for easy holidays, with multiple living areas allowing guests to come together or enjoy their own quiet moments.

Upstairs is the heart of the home, where a spacious main living area features comfortable lounge seating and a TV, flowing into a charming conservatory-style sunroom that captures the beautiful morning light — the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or a good book.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family stays and entertaining, complete with kitchen bar seating and a Breville Bambino coffee machine (ground coffee), so your morning cuppa is always within reach. A dining nook provides an intimate space for meals, while a second outdoor entertaining area at the rear offers a large 8-seater dining table and additional lounge seating — ideal for long lunches, evening meals, or simply relaxing with a tropical feel.



At the front of the home, the elevated balcony is a highlight. With ocean views down toward Sandy Beach, a Ziggy BBQ, and a high bar setting for six guests, this is the perfect place to enjoy coastal breezes and the sound of the waves.



Downstairs offers a second living zone with a comfortable leather lounge and ottoman — perfect for movie nights or a quiet retreat for kids or teens. Three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry are also located on this level, providing privacy and separation from the main upstairs living space.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire duplex, including all indoor living areas and secure garage parking for one vehicle. Please note there is no access to the paved back yard or storage shed at the back of the duplex.
