« Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. « We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding. »
