« This carriage house was adorable! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The house was charming, fairly easy to find, and located just a few minutes away from everywhere we were planning to visit. We will definitely be booking with them again next time we stay in Denver! »

« Overall, the house was in a great location in Estes Park. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for bigger parties including activity/game space in garage. Downsides: Carpeting is old and stained, blinds are broken in various rooms emitting morning light, bed in master is sagging and pillows could be updated. »

« Communication from mgmt was excellent even later in the evening. They helped me out after two other properties cancelled on me with short notice. Place had been prepped for our arrival. Plenty of fun stuff to do as pictured. Will definitely stay again! »

« The beds were nice and the bathroom clean. That’s about all there is to the rooms, which was fine for us. We sat and had a good chat with Doug before heading out for the day and he gave lots of great suggestions for things to do and see around the area. »

« We stayed here for my daughters graduation and chose it because we needed three bedrooms and we wanted to be close to her house and CC. It was an inexpensive stay for three bedrooms which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The furniture in the upstairs bedrooms is very barebones and the beds were not very comfortable. « House was charming and welcoming. Stayed for athletic event with three other families. Tons of room for everyone, loved the massage chair and the outdoor areas. House was well equipped and owners met us at check in to show us around and answer any questions. »

« It worked well for my family and I but seemed to be unfinished with remodel. The front porch roof is falling down. The traffic on the street and neighborhood was non stop day and night. However was perfect for our needs and comfortable for my family. « This property was perfect for our family vacation to Estes Park. Our host checked in with us before, during, and after our stay and responded immediately when I had a question. The house is even more beautiful than pictured. We had easy access to lots of activities including downtown and RMNP. The river running next to the property was especially nice.
