Perfekt gelegen zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Colorado Springs, nahe dem Highway I - 25 und dem Academy Boulevard. Ihr Ferienhaus liegt nur 15 Minuten vom Südtor der Air Force Academy und 15 Minuten von der UCCS University entfernt. Nur wenige Minuten von Park, Kinos, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltungsangeboten und vielen tollen Restaurants entfernt. Dieses Haus ist ideal, um an Air Force Academy-Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen oder andere Attraktionen in der Umgebung zu erkunden, wie den Pikes Peak, den Garten der Götter, die Seven Falls, die Manitou Springs, die Cave of the Winds, das Broadmoor Hotel und viele weitere Attraktionen.

Wir wissen, dass Sie die Familie nicht gerne zurücklassen, also sind Haustiere unter 50 Pfund willkommen. Nichtraucher. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen neuen Keurig-Kaffeemaschinen, Utensilien, Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Backformen, voller Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank, Ofen, gemütlicher Frühstücksecke mit zwei Barhockern. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen gemütlichen Kamin und einen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Xfinity, Wii mit Spielen und Gesellschaftsspielen.

Bei Bedarf haben wir auch ein faltbares Kinderbett.

We stayed here when in town for my oldest son’s wedding. The house was clean and so many little extras were in the house to make our stay so comfortable! Host was very quick to reply and check-in was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house much since we were running around getting wedding things done…it was nice to come back to comfortable beds each night!

Myself and 2 of my sisters stayed here for 3 nights while in Colorado Springs to visit family, friends and a bit of sightseeing. This location was great for us. We were 10-15 minutes from family and friends and within a half hour to several sightseeing locations. The owner, Chad was very quick to respond and check in was flawless. Appreciated parking inside garage, felt very safe in this neighborhood. We loved having a comfortable home/seating for relaxing and visiting together and each having our own bedroom, 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs in seating/tv area! So much better than a hotel. Very thoughtful host even provided snack basket and basic amenities. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit!!! Very clean and decorated nicely, super cozy with a fireplace!

We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!

Super cozy- host shoveled every morning, fireplace was definitely used, nicely stocked kitchen and very clean house! Host even shoveled back patio and path onto the grass for our little toy poodle! We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay again in the next history making snow storm- lol

We were so impressed with this property last year that we booked our annual trip (4 adults) there again. Easy check-in/out, excellent communication with Chad. Such a comfortable home, plenty of room to spread out, but also really enjoyed dinners together in the dining room & hours of talk time on the back patio & in the mornings in front of the fireplace. Took many long walks along streets lined with trees sporting blazing fall color in the incredibly quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped & a short drive to anything else you might need or want. The 3 guys in our group visited & highly recommend the superb Ntl Museum of WWII Aviation. Chad makes this house the VRBO gem that it is with his care & personal attention.

I traveled with 2 friends from Louisiana to Colorado Springs. We belong to a group called GRITS for Girls Raised in the South. We had a lot of fun there and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Chad has a very lovely kitchen with keurig coffees. We are all tea drinkers so it would have been nice to have some tea options but it was not a huge issue. The bedrooms were so lovely and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and he has tower fans in each which was a lovely touch. Lots of hangers and 2 luggage stands in each closet which was great! He has a hallway linen closet with lots of towels so we never ran out. Lovely and thoughtful. In the basement were a washer and dryer and some detergent. We didn’t need to use it but it was nice knowing it was there if we needed it. The neighborhood is quite nice as well. One day when we returned to the house there was a family of deer grazing in the front yard. It’s a quiet neighborhood, never had a problem with noise. Convenient to so many things and stores. We all slept great and there is a little patio area off the den which was nice for sitting and reading. Chad was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely love to stay at this house if we are in Colorado Springs again. Perfect in every way.

We loved our stay at this house! It was absolutely gorgeous, with lots of areas to spread out, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, and a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen had a selection of coffee and snacks, plus a few extras in the fridge. We would definitely book this again!
