Our go-to hotel for stays in the Manitou area. Good price, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice view of the mountains. Our only issue on our latest trip was a stiff bed, which wasn't an issue in a previous room. The staff said we could switch rooms but they didn't have another one open for all the days we were staying, so we just dealt with it. It will still be our go-to hotel next time.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable! The pool was huge and both the pool and hot tub were clean!! We enjoyed our stay!

Solo female traveler and felt very safe here. Friendly staff at check in and very convenient to lots of beautiful sites nearby. Downtown Manitou is an easy drive and very walkable. Breakfast was good but lacked protein. Still, biscuit and gravy was perfect after the Incline hike. Will definitely stay here again next time I come back with the family.

This is a very ordinary motel with nothing to distinguish itself. Paid extra for a "suite" with view of Pike's Peak, The "view"was nothing like the picture on the website. It was simply a roadside room whose windows permitted a look through the phone wires and above facing buildings to the very top of the mountain. Weak!

The hot water ran out during my shower in the morning and there was no hot water when my kid attempted a shower 30 minutes later. Hair in the bathtub- if I saw it so easily, I don't know how the cleaning staff missed it.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are big and are equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave, and you have a lot of accessibility to many things to do around manitou springs. Definitely a place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with awesome customer service. I was early for checkin, and the desk attendant allowed me to check in early for free because the wind was severe, so it was quite cold out. I was extremely grateful for that! Not many hotels will do that these days. It showed there are still good and caring people in this world. Highly recommend Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak if you’re in the Manitou Springs area!

Nice rooms and quiet. The only issue we had was wanting to cancel and being told there was a 72 hour cancellation policy which seems extreme....usually its 24 hours. We called in the 55 hours range as our plans were changing, then we had to cancel the new plan because of this policy.
