Less than 5 miles to Sandhills Mall offering many options for food, dining and entertainment. Approximately 1 mile from I-77 Killian Rd Exit and a quick drive to Downtown Columbia. 8 miles to Fort Jackson, 13 miles to USC/Downtown, 4 miles to Sesquicentennial State Park.

The home is an 850 square foot upstairs duplex consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room and eat in kitchenette. There is a private outside entrance and designated parking on site with security monitoring of the parking area.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a full size murphy bed.

Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and griddle. There is also a table with 4 chairs and a bar with three stools for extra seating.

Temperature Control
New and improved with upgraded HVAC zoning allowing guests to control the upstairs temperature with a separate thermostat.
We also understand that sometimes all of the guests in a party may not agree on the temperature setting, so we added items to help with individual comfort. A portable electric fireplace is located in the living room, and you are welcome to move it to your preferred space. A small, personal heater and a personal fan are located in the bedroom closet. An electric blanket is located in the living room closet. Several additional blankets are located in the trunk in the bedroom, and the bedroom ceiling fan can also be adjusted to your preferred speed. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold bottled water and popsicles are located in the kitchen. We hope these items will help ensure that each guest in your party is as comfortable as possible.
