My second time here. Stayed here in April and had to return on business so I booked them again. They are new owners and have replaced everything so, it’s like a brand new motel! The family owners are very kind and attentive to our needs. I’ll be back in February 2025 for another business trip.

The property is across the street from good restaurants and coffee shops. The property is a bit older, but staff, location, and cleanliness were superb.

This is a perfectly nice motel for the price. The bed was comfortalbe. The room was clean. The shower was strong and nice. Older motel with a metal key instead of an electronic one but that wasn't bad as I felt like I was in the 80's again. No breakfast except a couple of fruit bars and coffie. Worth the price on a weekday.

This is an older property but an effort was made to make it attractive. We had everything we needed. There was a river walk just behind the building. We would go back if ever in Colusa again.

It was very clean and the hotel receptionist was so kind and helpful. I felt very safe in the area. Pros: very comfortable king bed, roomy shower, amenities in the room were great, plenty of lightlng and seating. Cons: a lot of unsightly junk stored beneath the stairwell. Change out the doorknobs, they're rather flimsy. Add more healthy items to the breakfast offerings (a lot of carbs). Cute little town with tree-lined streets and cute older houses. Loved the Taproom, I suggest a visit!

It is not The Hilton but it was the best in this little town. The hosts were gracious and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The inside of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and not laggy. The breakfast options was very limited, and could be better. The room did not smell like smoke or pets.

The plants! The Breakfast! And the location! There’s plants all around the hotel makes me feel happy to see something green and live, early in the morning they offer you breakfast in the office, they had yogurt, muffins, granola bars, coffee, milk, orange juice and fruit. The location is perfect.! It’s right behind the Sacramento River, make it a quiet and peaceful place to stay in. I will definitely go back and stay again (:

Great but not Wonderful
We drove out of our way because the rating said “wonderful” . It was fine and clean and reasonable. Not sure what the wonderful referred to. No complaints just disappointed about the wonderful????
