« No heat no water pressure in shower I asked for towels never got them no mirror in the room it smelled like bug spray and dead bed bugs on the wall I'm tired of these motels that are ran by Indian people »

« We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

« I loved my stay here. I had an amazing room with a nice view of Downtown VB. My room was perfect. I had plenty of space to move around. I slept like a dream. It was quite luxury. I ate a wonderful breakfast and there was plenty of parking. I had a perfect shower. It was a treat staying here! »

« I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet. »

« The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk . »

« Breakfast bar was mediocre, however breakfast from the menu on weekend was good , had shrimp and grits and it was tasty. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me »
