« Malheureusement notre Bungalow avec vue mer que nous avions réservé n’étais plus disponible au moment de notre arrivée. Compte tenu du mauvais état des autres chambres lus avons décide pour un autre hôtel. Le propriétaire étais d’accord de nous rembourser la nuitée mais Hôtel.com nous a jamais remboursé. Ce n’est pas le pire hôtel à Puerto San Carlos mais nous ne pouvons pas le recommander. »

« When I booked property it said 3 bedroom house. Instead it is a small motel and they gave us 3 out of 4 rooms and 2 of those had twin beds even though advertised as king. We made it work. It was the only pet friendly option we could find. Also, I booked through Expedia but was forced to download VRBO app to communicate. The map location sent us to the town square and we had to make an international call to get ahold of property owner via VRBO. She was very responsive and drove us to the location...

« L’hôtel est très beau, propre. Le service dans l’hôtel est très professionnel. La chambre est grande avec une belle terrasse et la literie très confortable. Nous avons eu un cadeau de dégustation chaque matin! L’hôtel étant à 1h du centre ville nous avons pris un taxi mais nous conseillons de louer plutôt une voiture à l’aéroport. Sinon de reserver à l’avance la navette de l’hôtel. Cela permet de profitez du paysage mexicain qui est magnifique à Loreto. »

« We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the property was quiet from a vacancy standpoint mid May and the weather was perfect. There is a lot of construction happening around the property but it didn't bother us. Nice to see the improvement in the community in this area, cant wait to see how far along this construction will come during our visit next year. The condo was perfect.
