Puerto San Carlos Bay House is situated along the beach of the beautiful port of San Carlos. This small town is located on the Pacific Coast of the peninsula of Baja California Sur and is surrounded by massive mangrove trees.
The house sits in front of the majestic Magdalena Bay, making this house unique in the area.

THE SPACE
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin bed, and an air conditioner. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin bed, and an air conditioner.
The house also has Wi-Fi Internet, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dining table, couch, washing machine, dryer, water heater, space heaters in each bedroom, charcoal and gas grill, firepit (upstairs), and a patio furniture set facing to the bay to enjoy the sunset and plenty of space to gather and entertain.
There is parking space for up to 3 regular-size vehicles inside the property (around 7 meters W x 10 meters L).
