Welcome to Evergreen Cascades Dome - your cozy, pet-friendly glamping retreat just minutes from North Cascades National Park! Soak in your private hot tub, cook in the outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge, and stargaze by the fire pit. Enjoy fast WiFi, a private latrine, and a hot water outdoor shower. Tucked away in the forest just 1/4 mile from Barr Creek trailhead and a scenic waterfall, it’s ideal for couples, hikers, and pet lovers seeking comfort, nature, and seclusion. Reconnect in style!

The park will open around last week of April to first week of May 2026 - and we’re just 15 minutes away! Whether you’re into lakes, waterfalls, or mountain views, it’s the perfect spot for spring and summer adventures. Want ideas for day hikes? Just let us know, we’re happy to share our favorites!

• 5 minute walk to the Barr Creek trailhead with waterfall just 1/4 mile up the mountain

• 11 min drive to North Cascades National Park (west side only, near Ross Dam Trailhead)
• 30 minute drive to Newhalem for easy year-round walks like Trail of the Cedars, River Loop Trail, Rock Shelter Trail, and Ladder Creek Falls.
• 35 min drive to Baker Lake Boat Launch
• 40 min drive to Thunder Creek Trail near Diablo Lake (though winter conditions may impact hiking)
• 45 min drive to Diablo Lake Vista Point for beautiful views of the emerald-green lake.
• 50 min drive to Happy Creek Forest Walk, an easy boardwalk trail with an optional longer walk to Happy Creek Falls
• 90 min drive to Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (Slide Lake Trailhead)

• 11-30 min drive to all of North Cascades National Park
• 30 min drive to Sauk Mountain Trailhead, which is a 1 mile hike to the summit where you'll get the stunning view of the Cascades at the top
• 30 min drive to Pyramid Lake Trail
• 40 min to the beautiful lake and meadows at Hidden Lake Peak Lookout
• 50 min drive to Maple Pass Loop for panoramic mountain views and is especially beautiful in late summer and fall.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

As the glamping dome is located on the edge of our property, and we are next to our neighbors property, keep in mind that there are friendly neighborhood dogs that you may see around or may pop by and say hello!

It isn't often, but there could be occasional wifi outages due to weather-related reasons. We try our best to monitor these outages, and give our guests a heads up!

Heads up about wildlife: The Evergreen Cascades Dome is nestled in the woods, which means you’ll be close to nature—including the occasional curious mouse. To help keep them out, please be sure to keep the door securely closed at all times.

Important Note About North Cascades National Park:

We’re just an 11-minute drive from the western entrance of North Cascades National Park! From late November or early December through April or May, Highway 20 closes seasonally at Ross Dam Trailhead (milepost 134) on the west side and Silver Star Gate (milepost 171) on the east.

You can still access the Evergreen Cascades Dome year-round via the west side of Highway 20. While you can’t drive all the way through North Cascades National Park in the off-season, theres plenty of attractions nearby, including forest hikes in Rockport State Park (4 min away), snow-covered trails in Mt. Baker–Snoqualmie National Forest (25 min), or a scenic drive to Diablo Lake for winter views and trailheads (about 40–45 min, weather permitting).

HOUSE RULES:

Please rinse off before using the hot tub and wear the spa shoes by the front door—this helps keep the tub in great shape during your stay.

We do ask that owners ensure that their pups don't wander onto our neighbor's properties as they have small children and their own dogs.

A refundable security deposit hold of $200 is charged at time of check-in.

We love this property and the Evergreen Cascades Dome sits on 2.5 acres of beautiful forest. Part of keeping the forest healthy and cared for means occasional outdoor grounds maintenance may happen during your stay, and we’ll always let you know ahead of time :)
