Huisje in orde, boven is de keuken en woonkamer, beneden een slaapkamer en douche/bad. Als je buiten wilt eten moet je dus trap op trap af. Overigens is het terras voorzien van een overkapping die open/dicht kan. Wat meer onderhoud kan geen kwaad!
