„Lovely property, very spacious. Can make sure the dog mess is cleared from the lawn. We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. On the information it states you don’t have to leave until 10.30. “

„Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! “

Not possible to open windows. ;-(
"Stayed four nights and the staff was friendly except for the last morning during checkout. Front desk lady seemed in a bad mood. Guests shouldn't get a feeling of that. Rooms are large enough but unfortunately they do not have small fridges. Would have been nicer. BUT : In my opinion, it is an absolute NO-GO if you cannot even open the windows (not meant to be opened if you wanted) in your room for some fresh air. "
