Many thanks for your review about your recent stay with us. As you will see mostly our reviews are of a positive nature so we were slightly surprised to read your review. Having discussed your review with the team I would like to address a few points. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves, and in times of COVID our cleaning regime Is even more stringent than usual so we were surprised to see you found the bathroom dirty. However we are currently working on a programme of bring our bathrooms up to date in 2022. The room you stayed in Room 4, has recently been redecorated and we have had some great feedback since, which we feel has quite a modern feel to it. In terms of mobile signal, this is not something we can control however we provide a landline phone in each room with direct dial number, and you can make calls at very reasonable costs. We were suprised to read about the Wifi, we have a 100mbps internet connection and tested speed in your room after your stay which was still reading about 70mbps.
