Additional Information

As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers
under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security
Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller
provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or
breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount
to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is
broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their
departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
