Unsere neu renovierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock befindet sich im beliebten Sea Isle Village. Diese familienfreundliche Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ein tolles Essen im Raum. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt, über einen privaten Zugang, und hat einen Blick auf den großen Pool. Der Komplex ist nur einen Katzensprung von der Innenstadt entfernt.

The stay was good

The stay was good but Tammy had a really bad attitude, she said she sent me the code info but I had to call VRBO to get into the unit, I received the information from Tammy at 8:52pm on the day of check in and I have proof of it, there wasn’t a remote for the bdrm with 2 bed and we couldn’t find the remote for the main bdrm, I will never book a place with Tammy but will use VRBO in the future

Solid Port A Weekend Stay

Great location, walkable to beach and enjoyed the pool. Unit is perfect size for a family with everything you would need. Beach toys to use a plus. Beds however, very hard and no window treatments in either bedroom so definitely bring an eye mask!

Beach get away

This is our second year to visit Port Aransas and our second year at Sea Isle Village. We love the condo’s here. Love how close it is to the beach, has a great pool and is in close proximity to restaurants and shops. There are beach toys and boogie boards available in the condo and office. Tammy is great and is more than happy to help with anything you need. Internet, Verizon, and T-Mobile on the island were spotty including our WiFi, but she was able to get us fixed up right away. If we ever make the trip back to Port A we will stay at Sea Isle Village!

Unclean Beds, Deranged Host

My sisters and I checked in to the property at near 4 PM. Everything seemed fine and clean. I tried to get set up to finish a half day of work after a long travel time. At about 5 PM, my littlest sister went to take a nap and found there were hairs in her bed. We pulled down the sheets on the other beds to find that there were also crumbs, dirt, and hair in the other beds as well. I called the host to let her know and dealt with Tammy. I just wanted sheets. She accused us of lying, said people made up things for discounts all the time, and we could leave and forfeit our $1300 or stay and get new sheets. We decided to take the sheets and just change them ourselves, but I was already feeling off about it. Then my sister pulled up the host on socials and showed me that she posts disparaging things about her tenants, including "jokes" about shooting people who complain. I called VRBO support, who were less than helpful but did ultimately get us out of the space by 6:30 PM. Host promised a 50% refund but gave 35%. I don't care about the money - we ended up at a hotel that was much nicer and that saved the trip - but by god, this host is unhinged. The property is lovely. Pray you don't need to contact the owner.

We made a 3 day weekend to Port Aransas to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. We didn’t run into any issues whatsoever. The place was very clean, there was plenty of parking for our trailer and golf cart. Up to the time of our check in the host communicated with us very quickly. The pool was very big and clean. We would definitely book here again.

We had a perfect weekend

We had a great time here. The property was exactly as advertised - no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost all the cooking equipment you’d need. The owners had a binder detailing the area, the amenities, the checkout process, and even a few local activities and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and the towels are soft and fluffy.

Awesome location!

Awesome area and access to beach and having a pool, was just nice to enjoy! Only suggestion, not if I miss it, but if staying for extended period, if we can have directions or suggestions for local laundry locations. But that’s it, Tammy is awesome and the condo was amazingly comfortable and relaxing! Definitely coming back 😄

Great location

Overall we stayed here for it's location to the ocean, and that was absolutely perfect. But we couldn't possibly spend 100% of the time at the beach. The little bit we were in the condo, the internet was very intermittent, therefore streaming TV wasn't an option. Kind of annoying with kids but it was ok. The beds are not comfy. But again, we were on a budget and loved it proximity to the beach. So we had to take the good with the bad. Overall it was a good experience.

Loved it!

Tammy's condo was located perfectly with a private walkway straight to the beach. I have young kiddos and it was very doable to walk and only took us around 5-7 minutes. The condo was right across the basketball court and the playground, which my kids enjoyed. The pool was close by too, although we didn't get to use it. There was a fish cleaning station at the property which my husband was thrilled about. Tammy was really helpful and easy to reach. We had problems with our car during our stay and she was so helpful and even contacted someone else to help us jump our car when she was off. Thank you soooo much Tammy for your hospitality! We are so grateful that you were such a gracious host! Port Aransas was beautiful and when we come back, we'd definitely book with you again.

Great location! Close to the beach and private access. Nice community swimming pool. Host very responsive to our needs. Check-in process very easy. Cleanness: we have very high standard and we don't think the facility had the best prepared cleanness it can have We can see dust in various places that haven't been cleaned for long time. Comfortness to live in: once we live in it we noticed things "missing" from allowing us to feel super comfort in the "preparedness" of the facility. They may be small things but made us feel that we missed things to feel that this is a "Five Star" facility. You've got to live in it for a few days to notice what's not there. (e.g. cloth hangers, trash bags, tissue papers, coffee bags).

Great stay

Great location and size. Could use a little deep cleaning of vents and areas around them. Kitchen drawers could be cleaned but over all great stay. Beautiful condo and great location Tammy, the manager was SUPER helpful and hospitable. Looking forward to staying here again.
