INSIDE THE HOUSE A stylish, coastal theme awaits in this three-story poolside luxury home, equipped with an elevator and stairs. Large windows flood each room with natural light, while a private balcony overlooks the resort pool, the Gulf, and the Palmilla grounds. The open living area provides ample seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. The updated kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including an electric range and a wine fridge. A large kitchen island makes meal prep easy and offers seats for eight. Savor meals at the six-person dining table, or dine outside on the deck. This 2,600 square-foot home sleeps 13 guests in four bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. The first floor features two bedrooms. The first has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen-over-queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the second floor, the master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has another king bed. Furnished with a full-size futon, a sitting area in between the two bedrooms offers extra sleeping space. A half bath adds convenience. You will find two covered parking spaces on Sunset Ave and Agave. Offering 9 holes carved out of untamed native dunes along the Gulf, Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, rolling lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests.
