Emmenez toute la famille et profiter de cette escapade tropicale! La communauté de la baie de pirate est parfait pour un groupe voyageant vers Port Aransas en vacances. Ils accueillent même les familles et les enfants avec deux piscines communautaires, une aire de jeux et une aire de jeux pour les enfants, grils à barbecue sur (les clients sont responsables de leur propre charbon de bois et fluide léger) et des tables pour se reposer et se détendre à. 3 nuits minimum les jours fériés. *** Les invités Bay Tous Pirate seront nécessaires pour venir dans notre bureau pour être ��quipés de bracelets. Les clients de la baie de pirate doivent porter ces bracelets pour la totalité de leur séjour ***

Great Family Vacation Spot

We loved it here. Children ages 2-7. Right by pool. Close to beach=WIN! The only problem I had was: they said I had to get physical key. Turned out, I just needed code. We will be back!

Pirates Bay Vacation Rental 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first Condo rental with Starkey Property. We have been renting house with Starkey for several years. The place was clean but a bit noisy sometime and reserve parking is conflicting with other renter.

Great Location

The condo had plenty of room for a large party for sure and Great Location right across the highway from the beach!Check-in was not ideal had to wait 20 minutes to tell me to head to the location. The A/C unit was not cooling someone finally came and kind of fixed it but it took til 11:30 that night and was still a little stuffy the whole time but did bring fans but still was not ideal. I'm sure they tried their best and management even brought charcoal and lighter fluid which was really nice.

Family Beach Trip

The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the very easy access to the pool. Little hiccup on the check-in. I was instructed to go to their office a few miles away to pick up a key but no one answered the door. I called and was then given the code for the front door. The parking is limited. (2 vehicles) A normal size vehicle can fit in the garage. Extra parking spots are available but are very limited and are first come first serve. Overall, the house is a nice stay for a family trip to the beach.

property was awesome. House was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only down fall was the pots and pans were left unclean. food was stuck on them, but we washed them to use. Other than that, we would still go back.

Plenty of room in living room for gathering. Very close pool access. The only draw back was hdmi cable in living room was bad so could watch tv. Master bed a little hard for my liking, pool has built in hot tub that was heated but water level was above the partition wall so pool water was even hotter than a normal midsummer pool temp.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience, the owners were very gracious had left a myriad of activities for the kids, the condo fit our families extremely nicely, very clean, stocked with cooking supplies and a great location with the pool area.The washing machine attempted to walk out of its space...which was reported to the service company :)The only concern we had was the unit next to us...which should of been relatively the same size as ours and they were way over the limit as to the # of one time when we were in the pool, approximately 25-30 people in the pool were associated with the one unit. I realize the management has no way of knowing this in advance but perhaps the name it was rented to can be on a list to not be excluded from future rentals.BTW this was our 1st time to stay on that side of 361 and it was not an issue at all.thanks, we will return!!

The internet was slow and spotty, it worked best when you were right next to the router. the lock to the shared bathroom did not work. (we hung a scrunchie when occupied :)) Also, front door handle kept coming off. We would totally stay there again!

Wonderful time as always staying with Starkey Property Management

The folks at Starkey Property Management put us in a house that worked as our base place for dinners and other accomidations at the Balanise, which was awesome. Every year, no matter the size of our group, we are taken care of. Why even look at the rest when you can stay with the best.
