Beautiful place with plenty of space!

With 4 bedrooms across 3 floors, and 9+ beds, it's great for a big group. We had 3 couples plus 5 kids (11 people) and it never felt cramped or chaotic. Wifi worked great, and all of the TVs have the necessary smart TV capabilities to stream whatever service you choose. The beach and two different pools are all close by -- one pool a very close; an easy walk from the garage. I recommend getting a beach cart -- not only for trips to the beach (with all the necessary toys and gear), but for cruising around Palmilla Beach, Port A, Cinnamon Shores, or just taking evening / morning cruises down the coastline. Everyone young and old loves beach some cart cruising. We stayed 6 nights and had a wonderful time -- and can't wait to go back!

Exceptional In Every Way!

We held a family reunion to celebrate my husband's birthday 7/1 and blocked our house at Palmilla (100 Agave - Serenity Now), a second house, and this townhouse to house all of our family members from out of state. We wanted everyone to enjoy Palmilla as much as we do and to introduce them to all of the amenities and reasons we chose to build in Palmilla. Gone Fishin was the perfect compliment to our house in every way, including the decor and style. I would rate it a 10 for the attention to detail in decorating and close proximity to our home and all of our pool and beach activities. When we are unable to accomodate more than 10 guests at our house we will definitely be renting this townhouse again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I decided to make a 5-day stay at Aransas Pass over Thanks-Giving and my birthday week an early Christmas gift to our kids and grandson! Our son suggested Port A and our daughter from CT actually did the research and located this lovely home in Palmilla Beach Resort that would accommodate all 6 of us. The home was very clean and well decorated with lots of windows and 2 balconies so we could enjoy the dunes and either walk or take the dune buggy we rented across the little bridge access to the beach! The bedrooms were spacious and all the beds were really comfortable. We loved the kitchen bc 5 of us were able to work on the Thanksgiving meal at one time. The table was large enough for 8 plus 6 barstools at the counter if you needed them. The living area was a little close for the size and height of the TV screen but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. The parking spaces were tight because of the trash container fence and the electrical box between units, but we managed with our large SUV and a p/u truck. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to come back!!!

Primary toilet not usable

At first glance, property was good. Upon inspection, things were not clean. Mirrors weren't wiped (toothpaste and water spots), bathroom rugs were very dirty, spots on walls, there were zero pot holders or oven mitts in the kitchen (only 2 small towels) and last...we were not able to use the master bathroom toilet. We notified Turnkey but no one ever came to check and fix the problem. As the guests who paid for the rental, we were forced to use the powder bathroom. We would normally overlook a few of these issues but the toilet was a little much.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have air conditioning for 3 of the 4 nights of our stay. Getting help was non-existent and there was a serious lack of urgency to our problem! We paid a lot of money for this property, and we were very disappointed!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a vacation rental owner myself, I was quite disappointed in the lack of attention to this beautiful home by the cleaning team. Upon our arrival we found sand on the floor on the stairs, in bedrooms and main areas of the house. None of the bathroom rugs had been washed, which we had to do ourselves. We found used and stained bedding in 2 of the bedrooms. Food under the bed in one bedroom. Clothing and undergarments left behind by the previous guests, on the floor and in the washer. Master bathroom shower not cleaned either. Upon our arrival I immediately let Turnkey know about the condition of the house in which they said someone would be in contact with us. We have now left 2 complaints and no one has been in touch with us. For a luxury resort, and especially in this day and age, this lack of attention to a vacation rental’s cleaning protocol is dangerous. The house is beautiful and well stocked, resort amenities great! Lots of construction right now as the resort grows to its full capacity in the next 6 -8 months. I hope Turnkey can better their cleaning and guest services.

It provided miscellaneous items you don’t think they would, like beach towels, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is well equipped.,Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and cozy which gives you a feeling of being in your own bed. Words are not enough to describe how much we loved the place. One thing is for certain: we will be back...and will make sure to get the same rental house we had on 122 Wild Indigo Street. A huge thank you to the homeowner(s) for giving us a home away from home...which helped us have a truly enjoyable vacation.

Gorgeous Place!

We loved our stay and will be back! The townhome was super clean, nice floor plan, great location on property. The owners had nice extra touches that makes this rental a true 5*. Keurig coffee machines in kitchen & downstairs bedroom. Nice soap, shampoos, & makeup remover. Super comfortable beds & soft sheets! They also had a little dog bag with bowls, treats, & small bag of food. This place is top notch, I cannot say enough!
