Overall - we had a great time. The condo was big enough, amazing view, beach steps away, comfy beds, love having a laundry, and easy to find. It suited us just fine.Things you may want to know before you go:1 - this building is not close to a grocery store, shop on the mainland before you cross the big bridge. Make sure to pick up extra toilet paper, we had one roll per bathroom. And, if you are like me and want to properly clean up spills or the counters and table, pick up your own cleaning solution/wipes. There are no cleaning supplies in the condo.2 - bring or buy your own beach towels and sand toys. There aren't any in the condo and the white bath towels are spotless and too fluffy to even consider taking to the beach.3 - the hot tub is only for people 18 and older. My older, but not 18, teens were not happy to see that (I may have missed that info in the description??). The security guards are ON TOP of all guests in the tub and will ask. Every. Single. Day. (My 19 year-old was not impressed with the daily checks.)4 - the beach is driveable. Jacked-Up/Spanked-Out trucks and golf carts roll back and forth all day long. The kiddos driving play loud music, yell profanities, don't watch for beachgoers. Sometimes they park their trucks across the whole beach so you can't walk it at all. It's a big party for them and sometimes you hear their shenanigans at night (even though the curfew is apparently 6pm??)Enjoy your stay! It is a beautiful location!
