Reviewer Comments: very good. the only issue was the golf carts code ignition process but we eventually figured it out and swapped out one of the carts. you should have one up front so you can show guests how to punch it code correctly. the house was clean and the layout was real good.

We love how the back deck on the second floor overlooks the large wildflower area. We loved the bottom floor backyard with the putt putt area. The second floor main area with the kitchen, king bedroom and bunk room was perfect for us. We loved the third floor bedroom. It was very quiet up there. The elevator was in great condition andeasy to use. It was very useful in getting all of our items up to the second floor kitchen area. The main staircase is large and taking coolers or large luggage upstairs would’ve been tough. Thank you for a great stay!

The house had everything we need to accommodate our group. We have a little baby and the master bedroom was perfect because it had a large enough ventilated closet to fit his travel crib and give him quiet space. We loved having the elevator access to bring in groceries and our luggage. We were able to walk to the beach and town circle each day with its central location. This will be a trip to remember and one that everyone wants to do over again and stay in this same house!

A Great Family Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family found this house perfect! We had private bedrooms for the adults and bunk beds for kids. The kids and adults loved the game/tv room upstairs. We all loved the 2nd floor very large kitchen with open living space for us all to gather. The house was “beautiful beach” decorated and clean. And my husband and I loved the bed/bath master on the 2nd floor.We rented a golf cart to get our clan to the beach with all the chairs, toys, etc. the cart was delivered prior to our arrival. It was just a short drive to the beach. We loved the nightly drives on the beach in the cart. We had a minor problem upon arrival and I called the number and they were at the house in 10 minutes. Excellent service! We ordered pizza from the pizza place, delish! Went for coffee and ice cream each day! Watched a movie on the lawn one evening with the kids. We rarely left the neighborhood. It was a great place to gather family. Highly recommend!

It smelled clean and fresh, the layout with teenagers was perfect. Quiet street. We will be back!
