This beautiful coastal home sits right next door to the community pool and offers golf cart-accessible boardwalk access to the beach, making it easy to spend your days in the sand and your evenings relaxing in comfort.

Step inside and feel the instant shift into vacation mode. The main home features a spacious open floor plan that connects the kitchen and living area—perfect for group meals, movie nights, and quality time. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable private bedrooms, including two queen master bedrooms that share an ensuite full bathroom, plus a king master bedroom with its own ensuite. Each bedroom includes a smart TV for easy wind-down time after a day at the beach 🌴

One of the standout features of Happy Ours is the detached apartment—ideal for added privacy or extra guests. This space includes a full bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk setup. Connecting the main home and apartment is an open breezeway with a picnic table and BBQ pit, perfect for grilling, dining, and enjoying the coastal breeze.

Whether you're lounging by the pool, cruising to the beach, or hanging out with your group under the Texas sky, this is the kind of place you'll want to come back to year after year.

📌 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests must be 25+

🛺 SEASONAL GOLF CART RENTALS
Make exploring Port Aransas even easier! Guests staying September through February 2027 can add a 6-seater golf cart to their reservation for $115 per day, subject to availability.
•Golf carts are provided through our local partner, Beachin' Buggies. Delivery is typically coordinated around check-in, approximately 4 PM. If you've added a golf cart to your reservation, the vendor will contact you to finalize arrangements.
•Golf carts are not included in the standard rental rate.
