Delightfully decorated in a fun nautical theme, the interior of the condo features an open layout and ample natural lighting. Sit back and stream your favorite shows from the comfort of the oversized living room sofa. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances. Both a breakfast bar and dining table are available when you are ready to dine.

Parking for 2 vehicles.

No trailers, boats, or travel trailers are allowed to be parked in the parking lot. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.



**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
