  • Cette maison entièrement rénovée et mise à jour offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le pont et est proche des plages de sable blanc. Écoutez les vagues et regardez les vagues depuis le pont ou promenez-vous sur la plage et admirez le coucher du soleil. Cette maison de plage dispose de 5 chambres et de 4 salles de bains et propose une connexion Wi-Fi. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur l'un des trois canapés du salon au deuxième étage tout en regardant la télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces ou en écoutant simplement la chaîne stéréo. Le deuxième étage a également une cuisine complète, une salle à manger et deux chambres (2 ensembles de lits superposés dans l'un et l'autre avec un lit queen et une baignoire). Montez au troisième étage pour la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Le premier étage est accessible par l'ADA, dispose de deux autres chambres, d'un salon / salle à manger et de sa propre kitchenette. Le gril n'est pas fourni. PAS D'ACCÈS AU GARAGE!

Great for an easy walk to the beach. Clean and tons of kitchen supplies. Deck gate a little hard to latch. No grill available unfortunately. And there are two bedrooms downstairs not connected to the rest of the rooms. Would be perfect for two families but we didn't end up using those rooms since none of our kids wanted to be down there. Still plenty of room upstairs. Beautiful views.

A wonderful home! This was a family beach trip for us and the walkway to the beach was great for the moms with little children. They could bring the little ones back for their nap.The balcony in the back that overlooks the dunes was wonderful also. We spent evenings up there. This is our second time to rent this home and we will definitely be back.

Pros - Great location. Beach is walking distance. Enough space for 2-3 families with kids. Maintenance available 24/7 Cons - Bottom floor smelled unpleasant. No connectivity in 1st and 2nd floor from inside the house. Water leak on first floor, though attended by maintenance caused inconvenience during the stay.

Great stay at Pelican Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time! The house is an easy walk to the boardwalk access to the beach. Beach access road 2 is a quick dash for the hauling of beach gear (canopy, coolers and chairs) to our spot. The pool is several houses away and has no shade for sun relief. The house could use a second broom on the main level and needs kitchen towels and hot pads. Otherwise, everything was great!! House is a quick drive to Port A and only 20 minutes to HEB plus in Flour Bluff. We loved our stay!

The property was clean, convenient, comfortable with all the appliances, kitchen wares, & normal room needs that we might want & it was all decorated in a tasteful and artsy manner! The property was well equipped, better than we expected! It worked out very well for our whole family, And it was also fairly close to the beach, which is where we spent a great deal of time! One thing that you might want to fix is the wood flooring in the living room hallway on the 2nd floor. It's bowing and coming apart. Thank you!

Property was great size and spacious for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Several lights and fans did not work inside on all floors. All patio lights outside on all floors did not work except for one light in driveway. Washer didn’t work. No utensils or cups downstairs.

Beautiful House-Perfect Location

We had a wonderful week staying at Pelicans Place LCV 23. The walk to the beach was not far and the views were great! There is an inside staircase to the 3rd floor master room (the house description says there is not). A grill is NOT provided even though there is one in the pictures. Luckily we had brought our own grill and griddle. According to the HOA regulations a grill can not be with 10' of the house. This was an inconvenience, since it rained the majority of the time we were there. But the house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of this condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to spread out. The walk to the beach is easy! The drive to beach access is also easy. Products provided to get us started were plenty for the 5 days we were there. The kitchen is well equipped. Negatives: Needs a deep clean. There were crumbs from food in cabinets as well as under beds. Furniture and baseboards need cleaning. Walls had evidence of smashed mosquitos. Dead bugs. Master bath has mold/mildew on cabinetry. Floors throughout are lifting and pinch bare feet. Master bed mattress is rock hard. None of this prevented us from having a good time.

Unfortunately, the beach access was a problem for us. This location only provides a walking boardwalk. note - no golf cart access. We Had canopies, coolers, toys so we had to drive to beach access 2 (2 miles) or beach access 1 (5.7 miles). Bathrooms very clean, beds clean, kitchen clean! Living area needs some attention. Overall, lovely house. But we will not stay here again due to location.

Best stay in Port A!

We usually rent condos at La Mirage, Sandcastle or Port Royal. Due to damage and limited rooms we decided to go with a beach house this summer. It was the best decision we ever made for our annual family trip. My parents, my husband and I, my sons and their wives, and my nieces all had our own room. We all got to hang out on the huge deck in the evening together, when we barbecued downstairs, the patio was big enough for all of us to hang out while my husband cooked in the yard area. They had a nice stereo system for us to listen to inside and outside on the deck. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were nicely furnished, and the shower outside was a great way to get off all the beach sand before going into the house. The pool was 2 houses away and a good size and best of all, the beach was a 3-5 minute walk from the house! It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely rent the same house again!

Unclean and locked out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Port Escapes company requires a 4:00 check in. We checked in at 4:00 to discover that the first floor was locked and no key to be find. The Port Escapes company told us three different options to get in to find out in the last phone call conversation that there was a key to unlock the first floor. Called back at 5:03 and was given the after hours phone line and reported that we did not have a key. We were told by the port escapes after hours person that someone would call us back. Nobody called us back. We did not have access to the first floor which had to additional bedrooms that we paid for! Terrible management company and found the first floor dirty with dead bugs! Terrible place to stay!

Loved the property and all its amenities! Loved how close it was to the beach. It was clean, and spacious! The only thing that was a minus, there were no TVs on first floor, and the dumpsters were far from rental. Other than that we enjoyed and are grateful for y’all’s hospitality!! We totally recommend your location for vacation!
