This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation property accommodates 8 people comfortably. It is designed with you in mind from flat screen TV's in each bedroom to the cable and WIFI throughout. Complete with a private balcony with beachfront views from the 10th floor. Take in the sea air or watch breathtaking sunrises while you enjoy your morning coffee! The fully equipped kitchen sports quartz countertops, new appliances, spacious cabinetry, and a built-in microwave.
In the bayside guest bedroom to the left upon entry are two queen beds with a closet and dresser for plenty of clothes storage. In between the two guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom with a combo tub shower, large mirror, and vanity. The second guest bedroom has a King bed, dresser with a vanity mirror, and large closet for guest use. Across in the hall is the large storage and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom for guest use in the hallway as well. Up the hall is the large newly remodeled kitchen with a large over the counter bar. There is room for four on the stools at the kitchen counter or have a meal family style at the 8-person dining room table. Next to the dining room table is the large soft leather couches and comfy chair to relax with a movie or take in the view. Wake up to the ocean across from the living room in the master king bedroom with ample storage walk in bathroom closet and dressers. There is an ensuite walk in shower with a beautiful granite countered vanity. This community will have a beautiful pool and to get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side you will also find a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day! Parking for boats, trailers, or Jet Ski’s is on a first come first serve basis found on the west side of the parking lot. Elevator access! Sorry no pets, no golf carts are allowed! STR#271401

Complex Update: The HOA has scheduled elevator repairs for November 16–20, 2026. During this time, elevator access will be extremely limited, with both elevators undergoing work. These repairs are intended to improve elevator reliability and performance. Pricing has been adjusted and no discounts will be applied. We appreciate your understanding while the HOA completes these improvements.
