Property was clean and a very nice home. The elevator is definitely appreciated as getting items up two flights of stairs can be difficult. The only non positive parts of our stay was that the upstairs (3rd floor) AC was not cooling well. We tried to even keep it at 74 and during the day it would get much warmer. This made hanging in the kitchen and living room less appealing. This property is also in a cluster of homes with others making privacy a bit more challenging as we heard others around us all times of the night. Not a deal breaker but also something that probably happens quite a bit as there are so many people around you.
