HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please park in the rental property driveway.
5. Private Pool (Winter Heat Option $80.00 Fee)
6. Pet Friendly (2 pets Maximum)
7. Garage access for storage ONLY. NO garage access for car/cart parking.
