Super cute! Promenade à la plage, la piscine, laveuse / sécheuse

  • Bienvenue dans notre condo entièrement rénové dans l'endroit parfait. Il est juste une promenade rapide à travers la promenade juste derrière nous à la plage, ainsi que quelques blocs au cœur de Port Aransas et tous les commerces de plage mignon, restaurants, épicerie, etc. Détendez-vous et profiter du meilleur des deux mondes.
    Notre condo a une chambre avec un grand lit, un grand walk-in, beaucoup de tenants et les étagères de stockage, et une rondelle en unité et sèche-linge. Lits de dévaler une pente et un canapé fournir couchage supplémentaire. Il y a deux grandes télévisions à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, une dans la chambre et une dans le salon. Il y a aussi un patio privé à profiter de la brise du Golfe. réfrigérateur à la française avec congélateur et machine à glaçons au fond. La piscine communautaire dans idéalement situé à seulement quelques pas. Beaucoup de décoration et de design touches mignon en font un lieu chaleureux et accueillant pour profiter de vos vacances. Great Beach Vacation

The rental was in great shape and in a perfect location facing the pool, a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from downtown Port A. Would definitely recommend for a couples trip.

Comfortable Condo

Nice condo that worked for us. Bed is comfortable. Updated appliances, pleanty of room. Liked the large kitchen Island. AC will freeze you out if you set it too low at night. TV in living and bedroom. All in all we would stay here again while in Port A.

Very disappointing stay

We had no silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, or rug or mat outside of shower. Management did bring most of these items halfway through our trip. The windows to the bedroom should have room darkening shades due to the security light outside the window. Very underwhelming experience.

The location was excellent--very easy to reach the beach. Two maintenance issues this time, 1)Bedroom AC makes an incredible amount of noise at times--so much so that I had to go into the living room to sleep and close the door to the bedroom--it seems like the ac may be going out, and 2)the bed made a very loud creaking noise--almost like something was broken unde rthe mattress.

Wonderful Anniversary Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 25th anniversary and we honeymooned in one of these condos. We wanted to come back to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed being here. We experienced only 2 issues: 1 there was no carafe to the coffee pot and 2. the light outside the front of the condo lights up the room at night and made it like daytime when we were trying to sleep. On the second night we hung the blanket over the windows and that helped. Over all it was a great experience and were so happy to be there! Thank you!!

Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend the sunrise villas for following reasons:-there is no curtain on main bedroom window and the light outside SHINES directly into room super bright -the outdoor little area was FULL of ants, we couldn’t even sit down outside -there was a cockroach in what used to be the laundry room- microwave didn’t work and nobody showed up to fix it when we called - one of the condo has a baby monitor camera on their patio facing the pool which was so creeeepy!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m usually a winter Texan so I have stayed in many different places in Port A. I was underwhelmed by this unit. Property description included a dishwasher, but there was not a dishwasher. Kitchen not very well equipped, found coffee maker under the sink and dirty. It was very damp and humid so I dragged out the de-humidifier from the closet and had it running the whole time. Shades in bedroom not room darkening and outside soffit lights shining inside made it difficult to sleep. Had to clean the patio furniture myself with paper towels. No complaints about Sunrise Villas, just not happy with this unit.

Lovely getaway

Cute little condo in a pleasant area. We enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. Kids slept comfortably on the pull out couch and the bed was very confortavle. We would stay here again.

Nice beach vacation place

This place has great access to the beach and to the main area of Port A. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept up with the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out are super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property checked all the boxes! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool was nice and parking was easy to navigate. My only point of dissatisfaction was the overwhelming smell of mothballs (I guess that is what is was). I understand the reason for mothballs, but it was quite pungent. Other than that, the place was spot-on with comfort, the air conditioner kept up with the July heat. We would stay there again for sure.
