Based on the pictures and description, this was a standalone 1 bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and pool. Instead it is a room and bathroom in a shared house. You need to walk through that house to get to your space. Fortunately there was nobody else staying there. Since we were only staying one night, it worked out fine. ...

„Yes the host was great but the condo needs a refresh. The bed is only a mattress without a box spring and needs replaced. The walls should have been touched up with paint as there were large marks all over the walls. We had to purchase batteries so we could use the fan and air conditioner in the living room. I had to repair the ice machine, and the hand facet in the shower fell apart when I was using it, so I had to fix that as well. The balcony has beautiful views which we enjoyed but the ...

The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of.“
