Elisabeth was super sweet, and checked in often to make sure if we needed anything or everything was good with the property. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the theater room and the arcade games. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and everything was clean. My kids said they would like to return in 5 days lol. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here more than previous stays in other properties/hosts. Very nice!

Although we made the best of our stay, the cabin is poorly maintained - besides a list of items that were missing, broken, or in need of repair, the roof also leaks and soaked our bed in the middle of our first rainy night, as well as our shoes. While we managed the leak, we also had to clean up the mess. No one even offered to come, or showed up to check on the damage during the duration of our stay.

First of all, we had a wonderful time! Vacation with my husband, 5 children, 2 daughters in law, 1 son in law, and 5 grandkids. Pool was great for the kids! Plenty of space for everyone! Management company and host great! Streaming device on TV missing and was replaced the next day. But I do want to give an accurate review. The cabin seemed like it hadn't been cleaned well for some time. Many items were broken or in disrepair, shelf in refrigerator, toilet seat, theater seat, cabinet door(which my husband was able to repair). The kitchen was not very well equipped, the seating outside was inadequate for the number of people staying in the house, there was only a tiny mountain view, unless you were there when all the trees were bare. The dishwasher didn't work, but should be getting fixed. There were no extra blankets, only the comforters that were on the beds. There was no broom. But again, we had a great time, I just like to have honest reviews when I am looking for vacation rentals so I want to do the same.

We had a great time, it was a great space for our group. But there were a few things that could have been better.The upstairs air conditioning died on our second night, so that wasn't great. The cleaniness was ok, I found some trash after checking in in the bedroom. The theater room floor was filthy, and the theater chairs need some repairs. Several were falling apart. The kitchen didn’t have a broom and a lot of the cookware is in dire need of updating. Very poor quality. There were 3 can openers and not one of them worked. The pool cues were un usable, we eneded up buying one and leaving it there. The communication with the company was great and they were very nice and helpful. The cabin in general just needs some updating and repairs.

The house was large and accommodated our group of 8 adults and 11 kids with plenty of room to spare. Beds were comfy enough and the house was clean. However, kitchen was not well stocked for large groups. For example, there were maybe 12 spoons, 8-10 coffee mugs, no glasses larger than 10 oz (and not enough of those either). The hot tub was broken when we arrived. One of the arcade games upstairs was not functioning. They attempted to send someone to fix the arcade game but I didn’t respond quick enough (took me 20-30 mins) and the person had left the neighborhood. I never got a response about the hot tub. The bottom drawer of the fridge was also broken. Overall the house was adequate and we enjoyed our stay, but if you’re advertising certain amenities those should be available. And if your say the house sleeps 30 people, there should be a kitchen stocked for 30 people, in my opinion.

Youth group fun day

We traveled with 21 youth and 9badults for one night to go white water rafting. Cabin was very nice and offered lots of activities including the pool, video games, and a pool table. Overall, a great stay!

Great for whole family

I always record a place I stay when I first walk in to note any prior damage to property and the cleanliness of the place. Only one shower could have been cleaned better. The rest of the place was clean. The jacuzzi tub did not work properly in my room. The hot tub kept stopping. We had to keep getting out to flip the breaker to reset it. Warning: There is one step going to two bedrooms that are upstairs that is a death trap. It almost blends in with the floor. I tripped and bruised my shoulder, knee and thought I broke my hand. Be very careful. There should be a sign there to watch out for it. Several others missed the step as well. We noticed a few broken seats in the theater room and some deep scratches in the floor and walls. Otherwise, I loved the cabin. Lots of space for the 16 of us that showed up. Very peaceful area with lots of tall trees. Loved the firepit. Loved that there was enough seating for all of us to eat together. The pool table was nice to have there. One of the video games doesn't work but the other one has a bunch of games to play. Kids hardly played it anyway. They spent most of the time in the pool. Didn't see any bears. Maybe next time. Communication from the hosts was pretty fast and thorough. No issues there. Even with the few flaws, we had a great time and plan to return next year. If you are like me and don't like to leave messes, bring a broom and dustpan. There were none in the cabin and I can't just leave the floors dirty. My choice I guess.

this was a family vacation for everybody get together and relax. We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the hot tub the pool. There was always plenty of room would stay here again thank you so much for hosting us. Weekend Retreat!

I had a group of girls from my music organization stay here and we had an amazing time. First of all, the cabin looks great! There is plenty of space, fitting 30 people, and enough bathrooms to be comfortable. There was also plenty of cooking ware to use. We didn't end up using the pool or the hot tub, but it was nice that it was available, although they did smell a bit funky. Check in and out was easy, great and very quick communication with the owners. Only problem we ran into was that there was space for 30 people but on property, there was a sign that said 26 towels available. It ended up being fine, but this would have been nice to know before showing up.

Perfect family cabin

This cabin has it all. Prefect outdoor space with firepit. Best hot tub we have been in. Pool was a great temp but not as clean as I would have liked. The owners checked on ua which we thought was nice. The cleaning staff def needs to a better job but other than that, this place was amazing. We will def be coning back.

Perfect family getaway

Sleeping/room arrangements were amazing. Very clean. Awesome communication. Easy check in/out. Pool was used a lot. There was a very steep, nicely mowed back yard. The kids enjoyed walking down to the creek behind the house. Did not get to use the fire pit bc a burn ban.We definably will vacation there again!

Good basic Cabin

Overall this cabin was good for what we needed. It was mostly clean, had a good amount of space, beds, and dishes. The pool and the hot tub were clean. We enjoyed our time here. When we had the microwave issue and contacted the host, they responded to the text quickly that they would check with their maintenance teamThe parts that made me rate the cabin lower is that the microwave stopped working during our 1st morning. It was not fixed or replacement provided or communication after being told they would check with maintenance. This made some of the food prep challenging for the rest of the weekend. Some of the blankets were not clean. They had lots of hair on them. The linens on the beds were rough/ barely a blanket. I have seen these sorts of blankets in a camper. For the cost of the cabin, I felt like they could have been a little nicer.

Beautiful home, needs a good cleaning

Jets in Jacuzzi tub in Master Bedroom will not come on. Hot tub did not appear to have been drained after last guests. Trash around outside. Dirty sock laying in front of steps, wine bottle in parking place beside house. Almost ran over it because it was clear. Just trash along and in driveway. Silly string on walls in Kitchen.
