« Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom.
Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family! »

« I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me.
There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean. »

« The pros: Walking distance to many restaurants and friendly staff.
The cons: The maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel is terrible. Hallways are full of chipped and peeling wallpaper, the shower and sink had pink rings of soap scum and mildew, there were stains on the walls and carpets, and handprints from previous guests on the windows. »

« Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton. »

« The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me. »

« All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean.
The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage.
Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out »
