We were only able to get into the hotel after some other guests let us into the foyer, where we then found the correct phone number to reach someone for check-in – incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. „There‘s just one single positive aspect about this accomodation: it‘s very close to the duomo square and thus good for sightseeing. BUT it is really dirty, has a moldy bathroom and is loud. The room is completely different from any of the photos shown. There is a window to a main floor, where the light goes on and off whenever another person passes by. I‘m travelling a lot for both business and leisure. This was one of the worst rooms I had in years … maybe ever.“

If you don’t want to live in the city enter, this is definitely a good option to explore the local life. Staff is super nice. Space is decent. All necessary amenities are available in room.“
