After long drive we got there yo find the place closed, construction workers there advised us place had been closed for two months and not reopening till April 2023. Not happy at all

Drove 3 n half hours to discover the place had closed down. No email or phone call, doesn’t even say it on website. What a joke and they are still advertising.

The property was neat and tidy. The bathroom of our unit could do with a spring clean or revamp. Unit was basic, bed was comfortable and adequate space to make a coffee. Overall okay.

Thought the room was a bit dark but possibly as it was quite a wet night that would have contributed. Lady at reception when we arrived was very pleasant and helpful.

The room is really rundown with very little or no maintenance. The timber fence in the patio area is in need of a new one I asked the staff for the invoice to be in the company's name and every time it came in my name NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pleasant Stay in Charming Crescent Head
Check in and Location was good, walking distance to all amenities of Crescent Head. The rooms were nicely designed with high ceilings, natural light and practical bathrooms with good showers. We have only one criticism: the bed was rather smal for tall people like my friend.

The room has a high ceiling which gives a feeling of plenty of space. Very pleasing room., comfy bed. The gardens are exceptional and beautifully kept.

It’s a great location with a easy stroll to the Main Street. We are a family of 5 and for a one night stay the one bedroom apartment was perfect.

The room we were allocated had broken vertical blinds, the window by the entry door could only be secured by a block of wood, there were no coverings on the overhead windows, the sliding doors on the shower screen were broken and the tap in the bathroom was tricky to turn off as it could turn both ways.

The Staff were great. It kind of went downhill a bit from there. The room was in need of a bit of TLC, Blinds, Door security, Tiny cooking area no sink except in toilet/bathroom WIFI very weak.

Great stay
This property delivered what was advertised - a clean tidy room with a comfortable bed. What I was most impressed by was the friendly staff who were so helpful and genuine from the very beginning at check in to when we asked for roll away beds for our last night to accommodate my son and his family and again at check out. They were flexible and made sure we felt welcomed. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was great with lots of relaxing sun chairs. A short walk to the beach and shops. We had a lovely time and would be very happy to go back.

Terrible value for money
Mould on the shower screen, and lots of cobwebs in the ceiling. It was difficult to get a constant water temperature in the shower. Beds were comfortable.
