"The rooms don’t have A/C which makes them very hot in the summer. You can open the windows/balcony at night, but sometimes the neighbors smoke and it blows into your room. The power was out for a few hours so it was hot and the fans didn’t work."

"There is no staff on site. On returning to our room at 8 PM we could not get the code to work to unlock the door. Finally managed to get it open a half hour later. There is no lotion in the room. No coffee creamer. Noisy trash pick up outside our window at 9:30 PM. The bed was comfortable as well ..."
