„We had such a good time here--it is a true lake house. There was plenty of parking--8 cars and 16 people. The beach was wonderful for the kids and adults, they could swim on beach or off the dock with no problem. There was plenty of room for 2 boats. The yard was big enough to play volleyball and other outside activities. The closed in porch was perfect. We had 2 dogs and they also loved the yard and porch!! The inside was clean, plenty of beds and room for all. There were 2 refrigerators ...

„Beautiful home very clean check in was no problem. The owners were very quick to reply with any messages. Had a problem with the propane tank for the grill and the owner was there within five minutes to replace it. responded to my text within minutes. Overall, stay was excellent great place to relax and fish. Very cozy home felt like we were home the whole week love fishing on the dock very relaxing. Would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and fish. “

„Wonderful peaceful stay. Weather was chilly for August but perfect in its calm. House was equiped with everything we needed, very cosy, and my girls and I played lots of cards, giving us quite a few belly laughs. Would highly recommend for the price and would sray again! Goat Island restaurant is so close you can walk too if you want a meal, beverage or entertainment. “

„We were in Summerville for a wedding. The location of the rental is perfect. You're just off the main part of town so it's quiet, but an easy walk to all the action. The only issue was with cleanliness, there was garbage left in a nightstand drawer. “

She enjoyed the fenced in backyard, with grass and plenty of room to run and play while we were there.We enjoyed the very clean and comfortable house. We didnt need all the bedrooms for our stay, but the Main bedroom was very comfortable with closet space for our luggage, comfortable bedding and ample pillows!Great spot!“
