« Not well located - Very old - very dirty- You paid for the breakfast, but you don't have- You pay for pool but it's disgusting - You pay for the hottub but it's cold- Very noisy - People around are not clean - No washing machine and no dryer - horrible »

« Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, quiet and felt safe. Had prepackaged muffins (or something like that), fresh tangerines and coffee available for breakfast, like other reviews mentioned, but stayed there for proximity to Hospital/Medical facilities so who cares about what's available for breakfast?? Just a few easy minutes to the hospital. Would stay here again, anytime. »

« The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc. At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam. We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was...

« For one the front desk charges more than online and even from what their banners say and the price varies from staff to customer though the current owner is super nice the property can use some help and I plan to help make it happen. »
