Enrique thought of everything
We were very happy here. Great outdoor deck with views and shade. Never turned on the AC; the fans in the kitchen and bedroom kept the unit very comfortable even though it was hot outside. Spaces to put all your stuff and extremely comfortable bed. Up a little hill but we walked it a bunch of times (don't use the Google turn into the neighborhood, use the next street instead). Amazing coffee right around the block at Blac Flamingo.

We loved Culebra!
Would definitely visit Culebra again and stay at Enrique’s property again as well. Very quick to respond to questions throughout our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. Bed was actually more comfortable than the Hilton we had just come from!

Culebra Magic
Very clean, ate breakfast on porch overlooking the bay. Plenty of towels and pillows. Kitchen has everything you need! Nice, hot water without the little electric heater near the shower head. Would stay again!

Great snorkeling holiday
Enrique's place was super clean, and we had everything we needed there. The bed is so comfortable. We found the kitchen well equipped for making meals. We rented a golf cart from Carlos and that was really important for us to be able to get to the great snorkeling beaches. Tamarindo was our favourite....so many tropical fish, sea turtles, rays etc...and the reef us so close to shore. Flamenco and Melones beaches were also good. Had a great stay at Enrique's

Hosts were great, good about answering questions. Great view from the deck. The apartment was nicely furnished and very functional. Good location, you can walk to town in about 20minutes. There are some roosters in the area that you will hear at odd hours. I would stay there again. Culebra is great to visit.

Cookie & Enrique were so helpful before and during our stay. This place is far enough from downtown to feel peaceful and close enough to enjoy drinks and delicious food. Culebra is amazing - a must visit!!!

Great communication. Warm and welcoming. Spot on recommendations from Enrique on the many highlights and must-sees on Culebra. Amazing fresh mangoes direct from his garden - enjoyed from a large balcony with a view of the bay. Pro tip: don’t rent beach chairs! They are provided free of charge. Thank you Enrique and Cookie!

Amazing Stay! Paradise!
This property is just a short drive to the Ferry and just a few minute walk to the airport and golf cart rental shop. The property offered a good amount of privacy for those who desire it but is close enough to every else for those who want to get out a bit. Locals are so kind. The hosts were responsive and met us at the property despite us arriving after sundown. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will be back for sure.

Perfect place for a couples vacation on Culebra
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Villa Mar on Culebra. Enrique and Cookie's place was sparkling clean and the view from the porch was lovely. The king bed was super comfortable, there were plenty of towels, plus beach chairs and towels, even bags to carry them in. I loved the large shower and rainshower showerhead. We had a problem with the WIFI connection and the owners got on it and fixed it promptly and it worked beautifully for the rest of our stay. You need a jeep or golf cart rental to enjoy Culebra from this location (and the apartment is not handicapped accessible), but it is within walking distance of D's Garden and Susie's Restaurant. We stayed for eight nights, are planning to return to Culebra, and would definitely stay at Villa Mar again if it's just the two of us.

I absolutely loved this place! Mr. Enrique has created a little Happy Place for you to forget about everything abs get into the vacay mood. Tastefully chosen all the linens, decorations etc… you can tell he put his heart into this property. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's definitely advisable to rent a vehicle to stay here, but it is well located with easy driving access to all the beaches, has a beautiful view from the balcony, and is very comfortable inside. The owners were very communicative and helpful, with many suggestions and tips. We would gladly stay here again if we return to Culebra, and highly recommend to anyone staying for a few days or more.

This is our 3rd time staying here! We love the island, beaches, sea turtles, food and of course the accommodations. Everything that you need is in your apartment. The bed is very comfy. Everything works and Enquie and Cookie are available for any questions. GREAT PLACE 😍😍😍

Great apartment, host and location
Despite our delayed flight, we enjoyed our stay here a lot at Culebra. Host provided tips around the island ahead of time, such as booking info for golf cart. Checkin procedure is very simply. Location is great with ocean view and close to the airport. They also have cooler and Beach chairs for us. Definitely would recommend this!

Look No Further
Culebra Villa Mar was just what we needed. This 1 BR apt was immaculate and the interior design was comforting and high end, colorfully decorated. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. You have everything you need to cook in or eat out. The deck is spacious and boast a relaxing view of the bay. We enjoyed sitting out on it in the early morning and evening. It is literally one block from the main road and it is easy access to any place that we wanted to visit. About a 15 min. ride to Zoni Beach, 5 min. to Tamarino Beach, and about 7 minutes to Flamenco Beach., 2 mins from the airport. The icing on the cake was our host family. Cookie, Enrique, and Christian were available prior to and during our trip. Because I am short in stature, the king-size bed was a bit high for me. I asked for a step stool, and what arrived was a beautifully carved one. It was beautiful. We now consider the Munoz family our friends and family . There are plenty of properties available for rent in Culebra. When you reach this one, look no further. It’s perfect in every way.

Fabulous stay on Culebra
We were welcomed by Christian at our arrival and he showed us around the unit and explained things. It had a nice living and dining area but we ate all of the meals that we fixed there out on the deck. Wonderful view and very centrally located. He provided beach chairs that we kept in our jeep and beach towels and all the amenities that we needed. He gave us excellent advice on the beaches to go to and the best restaurants. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we have slept on. We will definitely book here again.

I can't say enough about our stay on Culebra. It is a wonderful island with delightful people and beaches that are close to perfect. Our apartment was spotless with all of the amenities we needed and all questions and needs taken care of. A broken coffee pot (coffee is one of the necessities of life for some folks, I being one of those) was replaced within hours. Culebra Villa Mar is a place that my wife and I will very likely return to - Culebra has warm people, a warm climate, great beaches and snorkeling that is some of the best (especially with the damage that storms and warming seas have caused in the past few years.)

Great little apartment and accomodating hosts
This was our first trip to Culebra, and we will be back! The apartment is great, thoughtful amenities, (cooler, chairs, towels), nicely furnished and the porch and outdoor shower are lovely! The bed is comfy and the kitchen is stocked with the basics. The TV was weird (never figured it out and it turned on randomly) and the hot water was sometimes elusive but barely an inconvenience. You definitely want a jeep or golf cart to get around.

Amazing !! I've stayed in many rentals and by far Villa Mar has excelled the others. Apartment was supplied with everything. We didn't even have to buy t-paper !! Decorated beautifully, clean and the most comfy bed ! The host even helped us with our luggage . Close to all and a golf cart/vehicle is recommended. Culebra, the perfect time capsule
If you are seeking a Puerto Rican experience the way life used to be, you will be happy with the island of Culebra. Kikè and Christian are awesome hosts. How? They are available for you in many mediums; in person, by phone, text and email. They addressed every question asked of them, even the redundant touristy ones. Kind, courteous and non intrusive. My wife and I visited culebra for a week on our honeymoon.... we leave today in love with this island. A giant part of our love for this island and successfully stay is credited to Kikè’s air B n’ B.... why? Beach life... we enjoyed almost every beach on this island, we did the scuba and snorkel in multiple locations, we enjoyed the night life and at the end of everyday... we “crashed out”. The kitchen - Absolutely functional... proud to say i made my wife breakfast a few times... and she ate my food. (Win) We had dinner on the patio and enjoyed the ocean while eating... que romantica! Shower was large and the water pressure was normal... i add this point because i like taking showers! (Who doesn’t, but i did not abuse the fresh water, not that this is an issue... I'm just conscious eco-footprint). Here is another point, you probably think on vacation... wherever you sleep (because this is important) a foreign bed is going to suck.... not here... king size and very comfortable. This was a big deal because, the candle was lit from both ends... yet every morning, I woke up like a champ. If your stay with Christain and Kikè is half as good as ours, you will be back to Culebra and likely seeing them for years to come! To Kikè and Christian, proud to say, “my wife and I will see you next year with our kids”! Yes, this place is really kid friendly! Thank you!
