« We spent 4 nights with 12 people, but invited others Saturday for a total of 26 at a family get-together. We used most of the property’s amenities: fire pit, hot tub, game room, both kitchens, large back yard and deck, and grill. We did not need to use the movie room, but it looked like a great space. « It was a quiet, cute, well equipped tiny home and perfect other then the fact it was so incredibly hot that we had to go buy another fan (2 were not enough) and even then it did not cool us down (only 1 window that opened). It was perfect other than that. Our host did inform us that a mini split was installed but not hooked up yet, and for the price we paid to stay, and for it not to work was a bit too much. »

« Absolutely loved this place. You are in the country with beautiful Mountain View’s but only 10 minutes from Franklin. It gives you the best of both worlds! It’s quiet and peaceful while having plenty of room for kiddos to play. »

« Pros: The cabin was clean and the host was flexible when I had scheduled my stay for the wrong week. Cons: The pool/hot tub in the photos are not actually at the property. The facility closes at 5 p.m. and check in is at 4 p.m. so it wasn't an option for us to use it. The mountain view and the volleyball court are also not actually part of the property. I wish I had saved myself 250 and rented a room at a motel. »

« Really cute space for a couple. Comfy bed, a great shower and a very peaceful location. It really had the potential for the romantic stay we were hoping for. Sadly, the space was not properly cleaned on arrival and had dog hairs everywhere (there were other cleanliness issues but that was the worst that we couldnt fix).
