„We stayed at this property with our adult children during a family vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park. A couple of things we weren’t aware of (these did not impact my rating, just FYI for others). The property is around 2000 ft higher than Yosemite Valley, which means more snow in winter/spring. „The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens ...

„This is an excellent property. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Amazingly quiet area, idyllic, in a word. A bit if a trip to Yo Valley but not really a problem, just requires some planning in terms of time. We would book again with no hesitation. “

„We found the place a bit dated, stair railing was shaky and balcony felt a little unsafe in places. But overall it worked well for our family. We had the space we needed. Big plus was clean bathrooms in each bedroom. One of the bedrooms needed better lighting and one bedroom badly needed the broken blinds in the door replaced. „Property was nice and it was close to the river. A little on the expensive side for being an older place, but I would definitely stay there again with a little larger party to break up the cost a little. With bunk beds in the one room, you could sleep 4 children and then 4 adults in the others. I think they described it as sleeping 10 people…but definitely not 10 adults. Overall a nice place that is well kept and we had a nice stay…would recommend for 2 families max.“
