« Once arrived to the property the hotel was close and there was no communication with the front desk. I have to schedule another hotel near by on my own spend to relocate my family and I am still fighting with the agency to recover my loss investment »

« This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. « Located close to Plaza de Armas, this tidy, convenient home was perfect. The shower was not up to the level of dirty we got on our daytime adventures, but everything else was perfect. The beds were comfortable with he best blankets! Thank you for a lovely stay! »
